Above the Law

As Frank Valken pulls off a fabulous heist, a hit squad swoops in and executes all the witnesses. Among the corpses is that of the magistrate investigating the case of the Mad Gunmen. Thirty years later, they seem to be back. Arrested in flagrante delicto and facing media pressure, Frank has no choice but to escape to try and prove his innocence.
