One night the Ratzos attack the filing cabinet and demolish Gulli's taxi. To give the evildoers a memo, Gulli and Müller push the ratzos sleeping in a stroller into the river. When the Ratzos come ashore, they unfortunately stumble across an old vacuum cleaner. It is said to be their secret weapon in order to overthrow the garbage government.
